1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or utilizing RootFlow Connector services, onboarding a store entity, or subscribing to connectivity plans, you agree to be bound by these Conditions of Use and all incorporated policies.
2. Merchant & Store Responsibilities
Store operators and commercial partners must provide valid commercial registration credentials and maintain active compliance with marketplace standards, inventory accuracy, and service delivery.
3. Subscription Tiers, Billing & Vouchers
Subscriptions renew according to the chosen billing cycle. Prepaid vouchers represent single-redemption credit applicable strictly to eligible plans and cannot be re-issued upon unauthorized disclosure.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Subscription cancellations may be initiated prior to the renewal billing anniversary via the subscription management portal. Fees paid for activated billing intervals are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability & Contact
RootFlow LLC provides connectivity and marketplace infrastructure on an "as-is" basis within defined SLA tiers. Inquiries regarding terms should be directed to support@rootflowllc.com.
